I have read all the way up to the newest chapters and I refuse to read this as a romance. This author has done some amazing psychological drama, especially with emotionally charged scenes, but I think some characters are clearly past the point of easy redemption.
I would highly reccomend giving this one a read because of its fantastic story telling. But beware that this isn't very romantic when read from an objective perspective! So if topics of DA or SA trigger you please take care of yourself and avoid. Happy reading to those taking the plunge!
Just finished off reading chap 15 and I have noooo clue where this random twink came out of. Did we miss a chapter?
In reading this manga I kind of got more and more angry. The extent of miscommunication that the uke has had inflicted on him causes literal symptoms of anxiety and yet the seme sees this and does a royal amount of f*ck all to help. If you loved your childhood friend you would totally know when they are feeling bad. The semes ignorance goes beyond innocent to cruel when he saw his classmates make inferences to things the uke doesn't understand and makes them clearly anxious and make no move to explain himself other than push him down onto his bed and say "I like your boobs".
