When I first started the anime, I thought it was more of a rom com, but things got pretty deep in the manga... Loid's story, Martha and Henry's story almost made me sob! I like how it portrays the war as a stupid thing and how citizens are manipulated by those in power, to believe whatever they want common folk to believe... (which, I know, it's the bare minimum, but it's done in a really smart way)
Also... Although I love this story I wanted more development between Yor and Loid!! I mean, let's not rush, right? But I CANNOT WAIT until they fall in love with each other...
