It only works if the person believes she’s the head, so only mentioning it won’t mean they believe she’s the head which means the skill won’t work
Yup, plus even if some believe it, it don't mean they will. It only need to fail on one person for her to be screwed. We also don't know for how long she can hold the skill. It's a perfect skill for a quick escape when allies are around but not during a hostage situation with too many unknown variables.
