I also think that the best friend is acting inappropriate towards hosu and yeol (sry if i misspelled her name). But I think the reason why she acts that particular way is because she is scared of being left alone. She already realized somehow that hosu actually likes yeol and not her.

But what if yeol and hosu start dating each other in the end?
They will obviously spend more time together.

Then what about the best friend?
She will be left alone most of the time.

Maybe thats why she acts so poor.
