it's not just boy x boy. but most manga I have seen on here focus on boy x boy omegaverse. in this one manga there's a lesbian couple shown, but they are not the main focus of the story - http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/hebi_no_seikatsu/
and I have seen more girl x girl omegaverse in fanfics / wattpad
not really sure if there is one, but I saw a manga where the girl was the one doing the guy. It was only a small part thou.
