Rereading it from the beginning, it started out as your normal BL story. Thought it was just going to be a story about a stalker and getting found out and shock! Blackmail dating, or whatever, but shit seriously runs deep. Not a mental expert, but both of them definitely got something going on in the inside since the evidence is clear. I'm not sure if it's explained yet, not fully up to date, but Skylar was also visiting a doctor and had to take meds for what happened in his past regarding his other friend I think, I wonder what exactly the doctor treats him for? Maybe I forgot, just rambling my thoughts here.

It was made on Twitter. It was a simple Q&A the author herself answered. It isn’t included in any chapter. The meds Skylar was taking were anti depressants for his anxiety/PTSD. Obviously he gave up on those bc he no longer needed them anymore and it was also thanks to Cirrus’ talk with his mom that pushed his mom to believe in what Skylar was telling her.

My fucking god this was one of the best things I've ever read, and at first I thought it was a praise kink manga LOL but it is so much more meaningful than that... It isn't about praise kink, it's about connecting to each other genuinely and loving each other just as they are. It's wonderful, really.

Their relationship is so messy, but both of them are messy too, and that attracts them to one another. Both have wounds that are bleeding onto one another, but I'm still glad they're trying to fix things. If it's a healthy fix however, that's the question. But sometimes hurt people, hurt people. And sometimes they bleed so much to the point of creating new wounds. But it's best to turn your big trauma's into smaller so it's easier to digest.
I'm not sure if this relationship can become stable enough. But we shall see.
