Their system is different from us. Shes weak (and its given) bcs she cant fight or physically hurt her MASTER because shes a lowly maid. She doesnt have any strong political connection (as of now) compared to her master who is a noble lady, like how can you fight a noble lady, you can if you re ready to die or to be punished.
