Maybe, in the last arc, he switches back halfway through the arc but it's unlikely that he'll go back to being Shinichi and keep tackling regular cases. Also, as the other commenter said, it hasn't been a year in this universe yet. It makes no sense but we suspend put disbelief. When I say it doesn't make sense, I mean there have definitely been over 365 cases spanning over 1125 chapters and Conan didn't have a case daily since he sometimes refers to the last case as something that happened last week or two weeks ago. So, it doesn't make sense that it hasn't been a full year but oh well
