That is entirely wrong, yaoi is a term used form doujinshi not gay sex scenes. This is a Korean manhwa and can’t be categorized as yaoi when the term doesn’t even exist in Korea. Don’t try and correct someone when you know nothing of Japan’s culture.
Sex scenes don’t automatically equal yaoi. That isn’t even what yaoi means so that doesn’t make any sense.

People in this comic are really shallow surely their view on beauty would have changed already to view the women as attractive plus in this story women are not important and are all mean to make the female lead stand out
I definitely agree, but don't forget that these are animals, so they follow a different standard when it comes to mates, which is actually very reflectant of real world animals when seeking mates, as they do put a great deal in appearance.
Am I the only one don't mind things like this with no plot I guess it's just that I grew up with yaoi
