uh english is not my first language so it's kinda difficult to explain what's that but I'll try. in some stories, alpha has something in their dicc called knot. it's a condition where the alpha's dicc became big and locking inside the omega. if you read love is an illusion you probably know, when dojin got big inside hyesung and they need to wait until his dicc become smaller again.. yeah, hope you can understand my messy english :D

Knotting is when an alpha member gets bigger and the top part locks inside of an omega to have a better chance for the omega to get pregnant
