Dohan looks TOO OLD to be in high school. why can't his character be a university student!? I'm starting to think he has memory loss, and his mom is hiding something (assuming she's Dohan's *actual* mom)

Well, he is university age. He’s just not in university he’s supposed to be this year. Should’ve been his first year. That’s technically why he looks so different from everyone because he missed a year of school so he had to stay back which makes complete sense. I think they made it so it would make us uncomfortable in general. The story is meant to make you uncomfortable Though I do not like that. He is technically in high school and doesn’t have to experience but he sure.

is Mr. Han THAT important of a client that he couldn't say no to an overextended dinner? the business portion of the dinner is over, why does he need to stay??
you could argue it's some sort of strict Korean workplace etiquette to acquiesce to client requests, but Hyobin could've just said "my family is waiting for me" or something. pretty sure it wouldn't be unreasonable, idk

definitely fully empathize with Haneul there, but he lowkey misdirected his anger towards Yeoreum. he didn't even let Yeorum finish speaking lol
as a gay man who's closeted, I think every closeted person's situation is different. in my opinion, they should only be considered cowards once they actively participate in anti-LGBT behavior (like politicians for example). for Yeorum's case, he was afraid of being homeless. in the U.S. alone, 28% of LGBT youth are reported to be homeless!
I like the realism though. sometimes, it's easy to judge closeted people for staying silent, but a lot of people forget how financially dependent high schoolers and university students are on their parents. coming out carelessly can get them physically abused or even k*lled depending on their family's religious and cultural beliefs.
to all closeted queer readers out there, stay strong! coming out is your choice alone, there is nothing wrong with prioritizing your safety.

obviously we need some sort of conflict for Jaehyuk and Garam for their relationship to deepen, but I hope we don't end the season with this fucker still hanging around like a pest!
I doubt I'll be moved by Sehan's backstory (if ever the author goes that route) cuz what Sehan did was really selfish. if Sehan truly wants to redeem himself, he needs to do it FAR AWAY from Garam and Jaehyuk (︶︿︶)=凸
either Geumjeong is lowkey a liar (since he immediately slandered Mugo after getting a curse worm) or Geumjeong is a personification of the idiom "truth lies at the bottom of a well"
Omg ate that
