Actor’s father used to be the family driver of Kwon’s father. If I remember correctly, Kwon’s mother used the USB to compile files of the Kwon company’s records, which could prove their corruption. Before truth abt the corruption could come to light, Kwon’s mom was killed. I forgot how the USB came to the possession of actor’s father, but I think he found it and kept it? Until Kwon started digging around and had actor ask his dad about it. Dad knew the USB’s value, and also that the Kwon family had smth to do with Kwon-mother’s death, which is why he brought up to Kwon-father that he was silent about it, to get money out of him for bringing him the USB.
I could’ve missed it misremembered some details, but I think that’s the general flow (￣∇￣")
