It's just a personal opinion. I felt like Min didn't even like her completely until the last two chapters and whatever relationship they had till then was all pretend . Meanwhile Yuna's relationship with Seyun was honest from the very beginning and she took care of her without asking for anything in turn/without any ill intentions . (Also I loved her personality)

After the main couples they are definitely my favorite. They truly love each other and every flashback moment which they shared with lil Huan was so pure , just thinking about it makes me tear up.
