I need to give my two cents into this, i catch myself wanting to beat up ray for beying stupid and naive. But then as the readers, we have to acknowledge that she doesnt have knowledge of life like us - shes pratically a doll who can speak. She couldnt even read in the beginning, let alone know whats right and wrong. This makes it more crazy about the whole relationship between ray and colodian cause there is such a big info gap- he lived for hundreds of yrs and she knows less about life and has less experiences than a 14 yr old in modern society. He abusive brother does help making her insecure about love and her valie in scoiety- which makes her more vulnerable to colodians schemes.
Thats what i find soo creepy about all this - evrytime they make ‘love’, 9/10 shes getting graped and she doesnt even know it, no wonder shes he sucking and fucking 247 cause thats all she knows and CLODIAN IS A DICKHEADDDDD.
