Actually, its the artist. If you look everywhere else you wont be able to find chapter 11, even chapter 10.

Confused why they're not corresponding with the raws?
the translators changed midway so a few of the chapters have been repeated (tho im not sure how many) thats why it doesnt really match with the raws.
