I both love and hate Harada's work, don't get me wrong, her work isn't bad, it's really incredible, but it's not for the soft hearted, her work isn't for everyone, and if you disliked one of her stories, you're not gonna like the rest, but if you actually liked her work, then you found a treasure, her work is very unique and realistic, it's messed up in a good way, it leaves you traumatized and shocked, you keep thinking about the mangas even after you finish reading them, yet you just can't get enough of them, i don't think I'm fit to these stories, I'm very sensitive to sad stuff and I'm always depressed after reading her work, but i just can't get enough, i always want to keep reading more, even if i start hating the story and how sad it's getting, every chapter gets me excited about the next one, i don't think I'll be learning my lesson any time soon, but i think Harada is the only exception, if i don't like a story i drop it, yet i always finish her stories.

Like bro, i haven't read this yet, i started reading the comments to see if it's good or nah, and everyone here is saying the author is lying and there's obvious gay vibes lolol, it's even funnier that the author said that, like, that means there were so many people asking if this is bl or not that even the author had to step in xD
On another note, it's really sad how we get yaoi authors and like 90% of them focus on rape while saying it's plot relevant, as for the shonen ai authors, most stories could be solved easily if they talked it out, but for us to get a good shonen story that also has a fair share of bl is still too far of a goal, you can notice how they're hinting for it cuz there's no way in hell that's a normal friendship, yet since it's still illegal to have gay marriages in Japan (aka the country is full of homophobic people who are not willing to accept the LGBTQ community yet) many authors wouldn't take a brave step and show any pro LGBTQ signs in their stories, while also showing some sort of gay vibes for the female watchers (since they know that most of bl fans are straight women), which is really sad, but oh well, maybe one day we'll get to see something like that.
Btw, I'm not attacking the author here, and this isn't the only story that has these issues, there many popular shows that do be having those gay vibes but never show a real sign of a gay relationship.
End of rant, I'm still gonna read this

I assume he's Asexual Demi romantic, he's not interested in sexual relationships and he's not attracted to Ryou because they were a girl or a boy, he simply like Ryou for who they were as a person, and in the end, when he said eventually, fun fact, Asexuals also have sex, just not as often, they're just not attracted to a person because of their gender or looks, but they could be attracted to them in a romantic way, so, in my opinion, I'd guess he's Asexual Demi romantic, again, that's just my opinion, i could be wrong ( ̄∇ ̄")

Yaoi creators really like to test the limits and see how far they could go before getting hate, like, when it's a straight manga, I'm like "how dare he be mean to her!" Yet when it's a yaoi I'm like "well of course he's gonna get raped! This is an omegaverse dude! It's important for the plot bro!" And whenever i think about that, i go touch some grass
I've stopped watching this since the first (main) couple, the one on the cover, i wanna ask, is it worth it to continue with the next couple, aka the next generation, if so, where do i start reading?
definitely worth reading. S1 ends on ch 65 which is the first couple S2 starts right after it.
