the ending will inevitably kill half of this fandom lmao. first time seeing people so hatefully divided by the two MLs lol. makes me wonder if y'all even interested by the story at all or the mc's wellbeing cuz it sure feels like some of you are reading this with your eyes closed, not focusing on the plot at all

i’m a jo stan but my priority is ian’s happiness in the end, even if he didn’t end up with jo i will accept it but it’s gonna be a shitty ending imo cuz this whole time ian want out, being with tj meaning the point of the story you can’t escape your past and just have to settle with what you’re stuck with

I hate the villain which makes him such a good character but I hope the author gives him more depth than just "oh he evil. chronically evil. programmed.evil.exe". We can't say that his parents are at fault but no human is born evil so I really hope he's given some background context. It won't justify his actions but it'll make us understand him better and why is he the way he is, because even though he's meant to be hated he's still one of the most important characters in the series and I'm just a whore for well written villains.

I understood what they meant but that wasn't my point. It's true that psychopaths can come from ANY kind of family. Psychopaths are born like that but they are not evil, that's a massive misconception. no one is born evil even if they're not able to feel or be like "normal" people. it's clear that something has happened that deranged his mind so badly that he turned into this pure demon he is today, and the fact that he is not affected by his own emotions may be because he is indeed incapable of doing so. but again, being or not being a psychopath does not mean anything but the fact that he is feeling no empathy for his actions. the point of my comment was that I would love to see how he became like this, how and why did he build this ideology that makes him do what he's doing, especially because he is still a kid.

That's true. There are instances where people kill because they want to. Either for fame, curiosity, or randomly. But the main commenter is stating that they hope there's a story behind the main antagonist being the way he is. And not just an 'oh, because I wanted to' throw away plotline that there might be.

brother, are you being intentionally dense? I was hoping that he won't just kill because he wants to kill, that's my whole point. I wanna see a backstory attached to his character not just "oh he born with the urge to kill everyone". That's just boring and he's got a great potential to have a more significant meaning behind his actions. Once again, being a psychopath or a sociopath does no equal being born evil, even if there are cases it's not the majority and people shouldn't label psychopaths as criminals or bored individuals who got their hobbies in dissecting some mfs every Saturday.
he's a good character who's adding a lot of mystery to the story but if he's nothing but a piece of murder machine in the end with no context to why he's doing this then it's all futile and boring.
that bussy cannot be that good
it’s that good im afraid
