I think people often forget that mothers are individuals too. I think society has this expectation from women that when they reach motherhood then everything must be sacrificed for their family forgetting the fact that they have a life completely different before becoming a mother. It's heartbreaking to see the FL go through so much and then the people looking at her as if she's some villainess, when everything she's ever felt is justified (to some degree).
anyway i love the pace and the plot of this, it's not a typical rebirth story, to me this is the most "accurate"? way of portraying struggles that women go through. It all feels very real and sometimes I even forget that they're in a fictional time period because of the way the author builds up emotions through the story. It's really good!

the pacing of this story is so frustrating.. 40 chapters in and suddenly she's planned everything for her revenge when it could have been done in 20 chapters. She keeps saying she wants to undo what has happened before but so far all we've seen is her trying to endure the abuse and getting saved while not planning anything. FLs usually endure the abuse but plan secretly but this story doesn't even focus on that because of the dragged out pace
does he do weddings? (him as the groom)
