I don't see any other turning point :/ or if the events could go differently. I just can't see seungho deciding to ask nakyum to stay with him, he'll probably ask for forgiveness but nothing more

based on the author's twitter and side art, I don't personally think it will have a sad ending. However, realistically, a relationship that started like that I don't want to affiliate myself with. But this is fiction and also (even irl) it's their decision and we're only side viewers (I think this is the correct term?)
So if they decided to be together, some fans will get angry, others will be happy. But in the end it's the two characters choices (or rather the author's choice XD, but again removing the author from the equation)
If they managed to end up in a healthy ending for both of them, then this is by far still a lot better than many other Yaoi mangas out there (looking at you fucking omegaverse and the rape justification tropes). (￣∇￣")

I just skipped to the ending, it's a happy ending. The uke ate the seme "second heart" (Diamond not an actual heart, I havent read it yet), so since the uke is a human and the seme is a vampire, if one of them dies (probably the uke due to age, etc of stuff) they'll both die
