Here, i just want to give some medical knowledge about leukemia that in the examination process just only blood test might not enough to confirm that you’ve leukemia, the blood result in leukemic patient mostly shows some abnormalities so that can lead the physician to do some investigation more and that further investigation mostly is BM puncture cause BM is the pool and the origin of blood cells if there’s really an abnormality in blood cells it’s gonna show in BM.
(and i’ve heard back then when i studied on leukemia, my Prof. told me that BM puncture is REALLY PAINFUL )
