Actually, this manga has been on this site for years, complete, under the title “A Man for Megan.”
All the comments have been talking about what an a**hole the ML is, and they are pretty much spot on. He is also a flaming moron.

Him (to himself): Now that I think about it, of course she wouldn’t.
No matter what she says or how she acts, his little pea-brain makes it fit into his preconceived ideas. If she leaped into a raging torrent to save someone, his reaction would be something along the lines of “What a show off bitch. She’ll do anything to get attention, but she won’t fool me.”
I had no problem with how the ML treated the girl’s scumwad of a father, but with her, he’s grabby to the point of being an harasser and abuser (teeth marks? Really now.). If he was an officer of the RCMP and acts like this, it makes sense of the recent news about the Canadian armed forces as well. Also, if he was butt-ugly or even just not all that handsome, his actions would probably have earned him a place as Harvey Weinstein’s cellmate.

Unfortunately, entitled a**holes like him really do exist, and what is scarier, they think that they're occupying the moral high ground. The first time he forced his way back after being told to leave and started getting all lovey-dovey with her son (he didn't know it was his son, yet), she should have gotten a restraining order. In her place I would have. But then, I don't have a soft spot for supremely selfish and arrogant people without an ounce of empathy.
Sorry, but the FL was a complete honey and her crush was a complete arrogant prig. A high powered attorney whose judgement pertaining to other people is about the worst imaginable. He also has little to no control over running his mouth. I just hope to old Harry that he never becomes a judge. With the track record of discriminating between lies, rumours, and facts he has accrued, his judgements and pronouncements from the bench would make discerning people seriously think about emigrating to another country. Jamie reeeaaallly deserved much better than that stuffy twit.
I have to say, I reeaally enjoyed seeing those two filthy excuses for humans get the crap knocked out of them. If I was the doctor, my dirtbag cousin would be permanently banned from my home.
There’s actually an Harlequin author out there who doesn’t believe that all women desire an entitled, toxic cad without a trace of kindness or empathy. Will wonders never cease. My wife and sister assure me that good character in a man is really important, but how do I really know that they aren’t secretly panting over some psychopathic serial killer? Can 99% of Harlequin authors actually be wrong?
Your mother accuses you of fathering your cousin’s baby to break up your marriage. You go along with it to protect your brother who is about to enter the priesthood. Then you’re butthurt when your wife believes the lie that you won’t deny. If you were any more egregiously stupid, you would be brain dead and have to be put on life support. And what about the sanctimonious a**wipe in the cassock who got his cousin pregnant and destroyed his brother’s marriage? Not exactly what I expect from a priest. The family all seems to be sweetness and light with all this toxic s#^t going on. Idiot boy’s love doesn’t look like much from my perspective.
Well, so far (chap 8) the super masculine absolute monarch is getting metaphorically spanked and set in the corner by his “advisers,” and if the beautiful princess has anything to say about it, she’ll be riding him around the palace while wearing S&M boots and spurs. I’m waiting to see if he can make any real decisions and take charge of anything other than kidnapping an innocent young girl.
