this was a good read and the art was beautiful but what threw me and probably many others over was the rape scene being added in, followed by constant traits (?) of non-con in their later sex scenes, with nothing showing that it's some part of a play or whatever. the rape scene genuinely made me so uncomfortable man i just couldn't read the sex scenes after that. as another person in the comments said, using rape as a plot device is just awful. i hate when non-con is so overlooked in bls when irl it's simply terrible

props to the scanlation team for the explanations and the actual research they put into making sure not to spread misinformation ! their notes at the end of chapter 10 were also a great clarification. DID is not some "uwu many alters inside you so cool/multiple boyfriends", it comes from actual horrible trauma, usually experienced at a young age, and not something to be romanticised.
that's why mangas and great translators that relate back to reality and the real world issues involved are such great treasures. Too much trauma, pain, and torment is normalized in BL and it spreads and creates toxic mindsets as we've seen on social media platforms, that spreads even further misinformation that can harm others. I feel so informed from this manga, it was sad, it was happy, it was eye-opening and I hope to find more stuff like it
