Even semes father admitted seme is at fault for the RECENT failure on his part that endangered uke… I got so much shit for saying seme should grovel more and that his redemption arc isn’t (good) enough bc it restarted when he didn’t pay of the ukes debt. All semes past attempts at a redeeming himself, were for his past wrongdoings to the uke, this new kidnapping is recent therefore his past redemption arc cancels out.
Seme taking a stabbing is not a COMPLETE “redemption arc” but it’s a start. A full redemption arc is when seme owns up to his mistakes, which I think we’ll see next chapter, make amends which uke does not have to accept but we know he will bc he’s preggers, and all thoughts of “I” or “me” goes out the window and seme should not think about HIS wants and needs but the uke’s, something seme struggles to do, listening to what the uke wants.
