I didn't read this manga and instead saw a reel of it. It was the seme, blond, sitting in the drivers seat of his car and his car gets hit. He get out angry and the person who hits the semes car is the uke (black hair and buff). The seme falls for him when he sees him.

I believe it was brown/black. Sry I don’t remember much the, main thing I remember is that the drawing style is similar to at the end of the road
