Joohae break up scene >>>>> Taehae break up scene. Did people really cry bc taehae break up scene? Joohae break up scene is the superior one. Its so complicated, heartbreaking and painful. "Long summer days, full of pride and jealousy. We were arrogant and immature. Our so-called adolescent was a failure. And buried in the midst of our silly little games and jokes were our feelings towards each other"
You felt their love right away from the first time they were together. There was this intensity that in the writing and drawing that was so powerful that a third party couldn't touch it.
What was there to cry about in the breakup with Taku? I didn't feel so much of an emotional investment between them unlike JooHae. Taku might have fallen for Haesoo but to me it didn't leave that feeling where I would want to support his love even though I knew it would be unrequited. I have read many manga/manhwa and seen many dramas where I had the 2nd lead syndrome, and I would support the 2nd leads in addition to the main. But in Taku's case, I didn't feel like I want to support him. I don't even know if I felt a little sad for him when I first read TaeHae's breakup, now I'm kind of indifferent to it. But in JooHae's case my heart was breaking for Joowon as Haesoo drifted closer to Taku and then the break up. I felt so sad for him and it didn't go away until recent chapters.
Joohae's breakup scene was heart wrenching, and painful, and twisted in every single way. Because it didn't only hurt Joowon so much... it also hurt Haesoo so much to say all those things he DIDN'T MEAN.
"I just... I don't love you enough to deal with all this" And Joowon's face during that! IT HURTS TO EVEN THINK ABOUT T__T
Taehae's break up scene was honestly just me pitying Taku... Haesoo was sorry yes, but nothing about his words were conflicting or emotionally packed. It was sad, mainly for Taku, but there was this inevitability of the situation that made it almost feel calm??? Like we all knew (and the characters themselves knew) this was coming. Nothing compared to the brutality that Joohae's breakup was that seemed to leave both Joowon and Haesoo shocked in a way: Joowon was shocked because he never thought Haesoo would say all those things to him, and leave him with such permanence. Haesoo was shocked because he didn't think he had it in himself to say and do all that.
