Only bright side we can look at from this chapter is she didn't let her crappy parents get away with their bulls&^%!
Her father tried to be neutral with their family predicament but doesn't see how letting everyone especially his wife get away with treating their daughter like crap just made the situation worse.

to be blunt, it's like if Miura made a documentary of Jun's life through a cheesy early 2000's AMV video with the excessive edits/effects. Bonus points if it's to a Queen song.

IMO, I didn't hate it but it does leave a lot to be desired and felt like it had an unnecessary amount of extra drama just to build up other characters only to make their personalities crash, some even before taking off (looking at the dad who was making moves on Jun as an excuse to barely lust over his son). Mr. Fahrenheit felt like such an interesting character only up till we learn his reason and bam it's another sensitive topic layer to add the cake.

Miura... she's a different mess all together. I'll be honest, she's accepting, that's great, but her fascinations with BL is a bit obsessive. I'll give her the benefit of a doubt that maybe it's because we're in Jun's POV and that's why she seems to only talk about BL+Queen with him is because he being pretty quiet/closed off person in general, never really opened up to her about anything else so she doesn't have much else to go off of with him.

Jun gets protag shield so I can't really say much but I do think he's written the closest to what an actual real gay person is like. He's got a peculiar taste for older dudes which is his own thing.
Personally though? I am uncomfortable with any older person pursuing a younger person who may or may not know better so there's my take on that issue. More negative points on this cause the older dude Jun was with is a son lusting pervert.

Ryohei is a good friend, Jun's mom's screen time is just the right amount and I guess Ono's as well for their roles. Characters with less important roles like the background characters give off quite the impression for their little screen time which I quite liked how they portrayed here.
