I think you call a guy a simp when he does everything for a woman like seducing in every way possible and not saying or doing anything bad at all/being his true self. Simping is basically the process of doing this, so you can say like, "She didn't like him from the start, so he resorted to simping." or "He's such a simp"

it's real amazing how it used to mean and its current use now lol. from someone like a fool or submissive guy to a person who's hoe for someone... but it still have its corelation! i think a guy who does everything for a girl who rejected him is a fool and also a hoe for that person XD
