I keep seeing this in the medical manhwa sections but the medical part seems so lackluster its boring me. Next, all the characters introduced are GIRLS theres nothing bad about it but THEY'RE ALL HEAD OVER HEELS FOR HIM AS SOON AS THEY TALK TF its not disclosed but its implied harem.
I just wish the road this manhwa takes could've been on a surgical aspect just like when he saved the viscount but after that it went into a more cliche magical road and seems to put the modern medical road as a 2nd choice instead

I like to rate them to know if i already read them (i've read a LOT) and if I hated it, disliked it, meh'ed it, liked or loved it. The rating, in my case (and many others, I'm sure) is for myself. To remember ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Yeah ngl, it's not about not liking the story. Rating it 2-4 stars is somewhat a "it was okay but boring" kinda thing, I personally rated it 3 (which is very rare for me) because after reading hundreds of different yaois, this one took me like three or four attempts to finish (I read in bed, late at night lol). Simply because it was kind of a nothingburger. And even though it wasn't the best, people still have the right to express their opinion whether it's positive or negative or somewhere inbetween.
