I’m doing alright now but when I needed to rant about stuff I used the sincerely app. I still use it but I just talk about fun stuff. The best part is it’s anonymous, though I do understanding the oversharing part. Sometimes you just have to make the decision to stop, it feels weird but it needs to happen at some point.
