Unfortunately they're most likely going to end up together because of the cover. I suggest dropping it if you want or sticking around to just see how the story progresses.
I highly doubt he will, and not just because it's a common trope, but because he might feel pressured because of the work industry they're in. He might not feel like he can admit to something so awful and he might get attacked by fans, the group get disbanded, and then being blacklisted. Who knows if they'll actually address any of this though. Could be an interesting read anyway, but lately the genre has been saturated with this trope and not handled in an interesting way. I just turn my brain off if I might like the story or just drop it because I'm tired of the same trope with no real resolution.

Hey, I've been going through the manga I've read and am reading and I can't really remember which ones have the type you're looking for. Go on ahead and just browse through what I have saved and see if any peak your interest. Just be warned that I do have some that have rape as a premise with no real resolution and I have some where the victim and assaulter get together, but it's dark and psychological, just the way I like that trope to be handled. I have some that are just messed up, so be warned! ╮(￣▽￣)╭
