I see these comments and this manga of one-shots seem like they're either hate or love, hit or miss.
So what I got from that last chapter was Kunimasa let Norio go because he loves him yet he feels like Norio is just going with the flow because of Kunimasa's responsibilities. I think Kunimasa thinks Norio is so innocent that he doesn't understand the responsibility and confusing love, like Norio doesn't really love him because he's naive? Am I close or what because I'm so confused?

kunimasa has always been an awkward kid. i noticed that. i think makio mentioned this before.
and yeah, i agree with you. he probably decided to let go as to preserve that innocence. kunimasa figured that norio had no idea what it means when he says "yes". kunimasa knew very well the heavy burden of his responsibility as the next head of their fucked-up clan. so now that he does not see norio as a tool but as someone he cherishes, he does not desire to let norio to delve on deep in this darkness.

if a story and character is well-rounded, i have this habit of re-reading mangas and (sorta) studying them because you'll have a better appreciation of a manga if you fully understand what the mangaka is trying to put across. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~✿

I'm pretty sure I read a story where his friend, the guy with the glassed liked the way his other friend looked, his face. I feel like it's the side story if not I want to know.
The closest look-a-like I can find, is the guy from Sawareru taion. But he has a different name, so I don't think it's him. Unless the name is translated differently.

Incest because the main couple are brothers. And the uke had a sexual relationship with their uncle whom he calls dad. Also said uncle had a sexual relationship with the brother's mom, his sister. Yup, it's an incest feast.

Okay so in the OVA I watched where the two main characters said bye to each other? Why did it just end like that? I don't understand. Is the anime better and explain it more? Does Kaugetera(Didn't spell right) love Naoe(Spelled wrong too) or does he hate him for making him lose his wife. Please explain because I want them to be together? Are they together?

I think this is somewhat the same as the Sex therapist (?) where he help them find confidence for their love BUT here sex = finding confidence to yourself. but the difference is that the main character Minori have a love history :3

Unrequited love, infatuation, crush, that sorta thing. Especially considering the doctor doesn't expect anything of him as a yakuza, unlike everyone else in his life.

the guy with the glasses is another client .. while the guy with the short black hair knew the doc from the past and they had a relationship but it seemed it went wrong at one point and the doc apparently ran away it all makes sense in the last pages
but it seems like it will turn out well as we see in the spin off the yakuza guy is heart broken because the doc disappeared and was in longer in the clinic .. that will explain some stuff (⌒▽⌒)
