There’s a manga I read a few years ago and it had a guy in it that looked almost like a girl. He had long black hair, parted in the middle and wore a loose kimono too. The art was so beautiful and he was working with a cop with short hair I think? It’s a fantasy ganre.

they already answered that question, and unfortunately they don't. they both only share pain, and they both have different pain tolerance!!
for example if the bottom has like a hole in his stomach then the top will only feel a slight stomachache!!
