I think the og fl was only like a friend in the reincarnators mind amd not like an actual person and in the end they just switched places bcs of that (I hope that made sense)

When the og fl falls asleep, she enters that little building where the not reincarnated og fl is. the REAL lucia is in that building for all of the fls life, stuck in her mind when she is asleep. that’s why we don’t see her during any other times or places in the story, and while the fl was sleeping, the original lucia could do as she pleased. seeing how the fl reincarnated into the story as “lucia,” the original lucia’s mind was forced back into her body, leaving the reincarnated version to overtake it
Just to be clear, there are two LUCIAS. One is the og Lucia and the other is the reincarnator who occupied her body after she got sick. Og Lucia's soul is like stuck in that building in the mind (body with two soul to be exact). They are sharing the body with the reincarnator one as the dominant for occupying it all the time she was awake.
