I've never read such a beautiful manga in a long time. The story really portrays how people with their preferred sexual identity are being criticized/judged cruelly by the society.
That scene where they are running in public makes me cry in tears of joy. What I see while they are running is that both of them crossed the border of freedom (they're both free from the shackles of the ideal society).
Did y'all read the webtoon properly? Cause I can see most of you not. You keep on hating Soveishuu and I know he had a concubine but divorcing Navier was for her sake. If some of you have read it properly then good but if some of you did not, well let me explain.
1. Soveishuu found out about trashta's secrets and wanted to keep quiet about it because he doesn't want the INNOCENT baby to get harsh treatment when she/he is born.
2. Soveishuu wanted to get revenge to Trashta because of her schemes by letting her be an empress earlier than trashta expected so that people's judgement on her will be bad and they will see trashta as a bad ruler for the kindom.
3. He wanted to divorce Navier so that people, after seeing how trashta is a trash when it somes to ruling, will be convinced or will petition to return Navier as their empress. And Navier coming back to her throne will make her reputation more excellent than the past.
4. Soveishuu said that trashta will be ruling for one year so that the child will be born and after that, he will remarry Navier and make the child their heir.
5. If you wanted Soveishuu to tell this to Navier, I think it is really the best not to tell your plan right? Because other people's ears are rats and trashta may hear it.
So if you all hate Soveishuu, I think you're dealing with the wrong person. Although, yes it's his fault since he bought trashta in the kingdom but he loves Navier and trashta resembles Navier in their past y'know.
Even so he could have told her under the quiet to let her know and not humiliate her, frame her and almost kill her brother. If that's how he shows love I rather she stay single. Its nobodies fault but his own.
Sorry but divorcing her after mistreating her constantly and expecting her to remain single for one year until he comes back to remarry her it's a selfish way to think about this, navier suffered for too much considering that she is even sterile and he always compared trashta to her say that she could have kids and she doesn't, that's sickening to me, plus what makes him think that she's willing to make trasha's child hers? He never thought about how would she feel about this, if he really loved her like you say so he would have never stain her reputation with a divorce or bring trashta in their house in the first place, he is so entitled that he thinks that whatever he might do to her she would come back to him and when that doesn't happen he becomes irritating and immature, just like a kid, why would I support a person like that?
