1. As any other K-pop fan, I encountered a fanfic the first thing I've read was a fictional character x idol (was like 2-3rd year high-school??). Then if I remember it right I got hooked, it's like I discovered a new world lmaoo. But then I dug too deep and read a shipping fanfic. Good thing I started with shounen ai— but then quickly jumped into full yaoi after. For some reason I wasn't spooked by the piece of information I saw, it's like any other normal romance at that time, maybe I'm just too open minded or maybe I'm just weird like that.
2. OG Yaois and BL plots back in the days are crazy, grape and assaults are "normalized" and are projected as just part of the plot. So back then I really didn't thought off questioning myself how shitty it is because the "character development" will come somewhere in between (teen brain is really dumb like that). But as time goes by, I avoid plots with repeated and unnecessary sexual scenes, grapes, assaults and any uncomfy sexual scenes in general even with consent
3. Yeahh, idrk how I came across bara, ig just like how I get in to BL I dug way too deep. Majority of which I discovered I wish to not know lmaooo, no regrets tho knowledge is still knowledge although what I learned isn't really useful TT
