This has been one of my absolute favorite series, for nearly a decade. The plot, the characters, and most of all the art, are all sublime. It’s one of a kind and has reached so many people through the years. There will never be another series nearly as perfect as Berserk.
I first learned of Kentarou Miura’s health problems a number of years ago and knew it was more a matter of ‘when,’ not ‘if.’ I thought I had accepted it and prepared, but I was very, very wrong.
I’m not the type of person to grow attached to people, much less celebrities/authors/etc. But when I heard of his passing, I cried. I cried for a good while and even as I type this, tears are finding their way out.
He’ll be sincerely missed and much beloved, for many years to come. Not just by me, but by everyone who’s enjoyed his works. I hope, wherever he has gone, that he is happy and without pain.

I don’t really know if this is a thing or not, but it’s a topic that’s really started to interest me lately.
I’m looking for a gender bend where the FL is masculine, and the ML is the feminine one. I’m talking Brienne of Tarth from Game of Thrones x Hitoshi Sugoroku from Nanbaka or like... Everyone mistakes the ML for a woman, and vice versa for the FL.
Definitely has to be a romance!! And I really don’t care if there is smut or not. ╮(─▽─)╭ I’d really just be happy to read ANYTHING like this.

I’m looking for a BL/Yaoi series I read a number of years ago. The story is based on two schools, separated by a chain link fence. On one side, is a prestigious private school, and on the other is a public school, known for its delinquents.
One day, a student from the private school, meets a boy from the public school, and things get hot and heavy, and quite steamy. I think it’s the boy from the delinquent school, who’s the seme, and uses the gaps in the fence to well... You know.. It’s a bit smutty, and dark and twisty.
I think maybe the boy from the public school, ends up a bit beat up, and the boy from the private school patches him up at some point? They may also of been all boy schools? I dunno. It’s been a long time.
I could definitely be wrong about a few of the details, but I know for sure, it all happened at a fence between two schools, like the ones I described above.
