i get it ive managed to get better compared to when i was diagnosed with clinical depression but the feeling is just always...there? I can't tell whether the pace i'm going at is one that is a result of me trying or not, so I stress about it and dread not knowing the answer until it's too late which leads me to getting overwhelmed and shutting down......
