Is this supposed to be a dark romance?

I thought this was like a mature romance with suspense. But now everything is creepy and it's like I'm reading a dark romance. The story is getting boring and dragging on for dear life. It's been a long time since I've read a light and fluffy romance like positively yours. All the manhwas releasing nowadays always seem to have something traumatic or dark concepts

    I mean, manhwa tends to looooooove to made a traumatic background character.

    And they already use gangster, I think it's pretty reasonable to made it dark.
