The story is just ok but I don't why I don't like the Heroine. I mean she's cute and all but I just don't like her. I am alright with quirky heroines but somehow I can't seem to like her. Can someone explain ? Because I myself am so confused Quirky heroines are usually likeable and relatable. So I tried to like her but something about the reasons for her behavior or how childish she is..... something is not right for me. I dunno
I think is ones age or experience in reading, like I also liked this kind of fl when I was first reading mangas, like the classic shojos but if I where to reread that mangas I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to cuz the fl is irritating. Basically your mind matured or you have read so much this kind of characters seems bland.
Why is the art so inconsistent for every chapter ? The main character's design changed so many times and the quality is getting worse as the story goes on. And why is the main character's personality so different compared to the beginning of the story? At the start, the MC had so much depth and character growth, his decisions and behavior made sense. But why does it seem so surface lever and his demeanour has also changed...... I'm only saying this because I'm disappointed that such a good manhwa which had so much interesting plot lines and depth is going down in terms of quality
The manhwa was on hiatus for 3 year and stopped at chapter 35. Anything onwards, they got a new creator so the story changed. It's really obvious though because the change in focus about the movies and Man Seong's mental disposition is glaring and they just brush over his experiences and the things that he shoots
In the earlier chapters I was frustrated since the seme was acting immature. Finally, I was warming up to him and thought the story was getting somewhere but no ! The author introduces an idiotic character who wants to be intimate with someone who has a partner ! Why does the girl have to be so weird ?! Not all introverts are like that ! Either the seme will say he's gay and reject her or the uke will find out about this and matters will get worse..... either way, I am so stressed out !!!
I understand that the king and the prince want their daughter/sister back but the way they're doing it is like wanting an object back. It's like they're seeing her as their possession. Don't they realize that she's officially another family's child ? What about her opinion ? They're not even asking what she wants. They're moving too fast, she's just now recovering and they're just so stupid to calm down for once.
I don't know what the author is thinking. First another guy tries to steal uke's mate, the omega's friend assaults the uke, then the other Omega doesn't want to let go of his friend even though he wants to sleep with the seme, the uke brushing everything off like it's cute and not a big deal....... it's just a bunch of red flags. I've read far worse manga with darker themes than this but the problem here is that the author is making it seem "cute" and "healthy". It's just so uncomfortable to read.
Rintaro can single handedly end global warming with how much of a green forest he is To be honest, I almost teared up in this chapter. His words are laced with warmth and support, it was just so comforting to read those words. The author better win some awards for this, this is officially in my top 3 manga list (I've read hundreds of manga)! Even though I'm jealous of Kaoruko, I'm still happy for her for finding the man she deserves. I hope everyone reading this find a supportive partner like Rintaro
I'm happy for them and they were cute together. But..... wasn't he a big red flag ? I mean I'm glad that she knew about the bet beforehand or else kouichi would've been irredeemable. He was immature and just couldn't take responsibility. He even doubted her character when she found the truth, I mean he's the last person who should be saying that. And when they get together, he became so obsessive ? The manga was cute but if this was real life, he would've been a huge Trash.
The story is just missing something. It felt chaotic rather than warm, sweet and melancholic like its supposed to. Both of them are adults so I don't mind their relationship but it does feel half baked when the reason why MMC liked the FMC in the first place was because she reminded him of his late wife. In the end he came to like her as a person but his feelings started when he felt he had a substitute for his late wife. Adult relationships are complex but I just wish the author showed it with more depth rather than making it so careless.
I really like this story. I love how unlike the usually story about toxic characters, the author actually shows how sometimes too much love can lead to tragedies. I did wish that both Juliet and Enoch could've communicated instead being silent with each other. But the true roots of the tragedy happened because of their brothers (Enoch's brother and Juliet's brother). They were so self absorbed in their own feelings of love and protectiveness that they ignored Enoch's and Juliet's desires. That led to the miscommunication and problems. It was refreshing to read because these kinds of manhwas usually have abusive characters but this story showed how love can be a double edged sword.
