It's just...RU da is the one who gets her most. They all like her...but they don't truly understand her. And, all right, ruda doesn't either. He's lived a really different life and they are on two different planes of existence, but he gets where she's coming from and acknowledges her pain. Maybe precisely because he's not part of the group, but either way, he does.

I was siper mad when he picked a fight with chunyoung and trampled their 3 years of relationship just because he was able to understand donny, He deliberately provoked chunyoung just so he could be close to her and boasted that he knows her better despite not knowing her for so long. I WAS SO MAD that i cried, just because you understand a person better doesn't warrant you to trample on the relationship they had built up over the years,he is fucking arrogant and i hate it. He critized them for making Donny feel inferior but when She expressed her discomfort with the play's script, he deliberately went along with it - along with openly making passes at her - despite knowing she doesn't like being the centre of attention.

Honestly I've already dropped the novel despite being to close to end for many reasons and I couldn't myself push to finish it for closure because of piled frustration and a bonus hatred for Ruda.

he can still be annoying. in no way does that mean he deserves all the rape and such, but just because a character goes through traumatic events does not make them a saint all of a sudden

obviously not, but judging by his behavior at the beginning of the manhwa to right now, hes gotten extremely emotionally attached to doona and its obvious without her there he'd kill himself. he probably has ptsd because of what she did. including that blonde asswipe as well.
