I hope they give us some more reason to favor Daniel over the other 3 who gave and can give her more than a company. The filter and the "convenient" alone time ain't working that well.

THAT WAS EXACTLY MY OPINION WHEN READING THIS- like they push daniel to us without giving enough reasons to like him. and the other love interests have better chemistry the fl also acts like herself when she's with them but with daniel she acts like a whole diffrent person and it's weird to see her like that

Regardless of that, parents treat their children, either a daughter or son, the same with anxiety of leaving their child, out of their sight, on good hands. It's instinct to be hesitant when you see a possible danger esp on someone you loved and raised.
The old man wasn't wrong at all. Yeah. He is a bit of a prick. His child didn't get hurt, but Stefan could have been run over by the truck.i just hate all of the characters other than the mc till now.

If you can get over the first 20 chaps, the rest will be bearable. Just note that there's no character development nor proper sense along the way. If you want to be prepared: the ending looks and almost feels the same as the first chap but with backstory, fucked up one.
