Jin just has weird vibes and the fact that he is uncomfortable over the thought that homura isn't running just shows that he doesn't love him deeply and accept him as a person. Maybe an infatuation over him but nothing that should be labelled as love. I feel that homura truly likes jin but if they forgive each other i think they both would be able to move on properly. ALSO.
