There were so many non cliche scenarios I'm actually impressed...
Some of the small stuff that happens I have never seen anywhere else, that is so weird to me considering how repetitive BL can be, but it does make it feel more real...
Like how after Jisuh left they spent time apart and usually in BL something bigger would've happened and it would be a dramatic reunion, but instead Heejae who was supposedly a stoic dom broke down and it was a bittersweet reunion without more drama, just their own feelings.
Also can we appreciate how iconic it is that Sun Yool and Haeyong are casually a switch couple (≧∀≦)
There were so many real, strong feelings expressed that you don't normally see in BL...Airi's feelings for his brother was so painful and you can really see it...
The "incest trope" (which didn't even manifest here) isn't commonly explored in the sense of relation to reality, and though it may not be the best, this is a good example of an adolescent being confused about their feelings, going into a dark place, and then finding clarity at the end
I've been trying to find this one manga for DAYS, if anyone has any ideas please reply ( ̄∇ ̄")
It's similar ish to this manga...the seme is a photographer (long ish black hair) and he goes on a trip for work and the uke who stayed behind finds out he died on the trip and looks through his pictures and stuff. The uke was going to confess but was too late. Instead of going back in time tho this guy actually be dead, super sad...
It might be part of multiple stories in one, but I can't remember.
i think this one
