im not sure if theyre supposed to mean literal sweat but they usually appear when a character is anxious/nervous, worried, being shy, expressing disgust, etc
for example i dont remember seeing it on jaehyuk's face in first and second season, except during sex. its only in season 3 when they started to show
chapter 60 when jaehyuk saw the bruise on yeonoh's face, there was no sweat when yeonoh pulled away from his reaching hand
chapter 61 when yeonoh injured his finger and jaehyuk asked to see it, yeonoh immediately pulled away and thats the first time we see jaehyuk maybe confused? im guessing he doesnt yet understand why yeonoh was avoiding his touch
in chapter 77, jaehyuk was extra anxious to see yeonoh cause hes got some splaining to do and he must have been worried about what yeonoh was thinking
goes to show how little jaehyuk cared about yeonoh's thoughts and feelings in seasons 1 and 2 and how hes changing in season 3
