I wonder how many of you, saying u are too poor to buy this, have actually checked the price on Lezhin.
Two chapters of the manga are the cost of a bottle of water in my country and couple of the first chapters are even free. If u only wanted to buy the latest 3 ch, it would be the cost of 1,5 water bottle.
If u really cannot afford it, then I understand. But if u can, but simply DON'T WANT TO, stop saying you are "too poor to buy it".
I don't know for others but 1 chapter for me cost my whole day meal. That speaks something. The exchange rate from dollar to my country is so big, so I'm very sorry if you are offended with people like me who can't pay with that amount.
Oh... Just found out the whole fiasco thing after scrolling downwards. Hmm... Hmm... That's indeed a conundrum. I'm gonna admit that if this was ever not posted here, I wouldn't even know it existed, cause Pian Pian in Lezhin just don't appear in their app, it's age restricted, so I had to search it in my browser instead after reading here. And I don't know about others but after decades of reading mangas in unaffiliated sites, it's really hard to stomach paying so much per chapters. I know it's unethical now, since it involves the livelihood of the authors but english publishers must also think about the cost-price standard in each country. That is one reason why I'd rather abandon reading any lezhin works. Tappytoon is very much adaptable. Plus, mangago isn't the only pirate site they can post duh. It's true that it's the only site I knew which concentrated on bl/yaoi works, but there are other sites. So these aren't really curing/solving the problem. Mangago is just underfire because it's one of the most famous pirate site for bl works.
The lesson here is that, be a responsible human. If you want to support then support it on Lezhin, if you don't, then don't go flap your thumbs on the authors account as if you are the hero's justice. All the uploaders have reminders to support the selective authors of the work they upload. It's all about choice. If that choice is taken away, then 1. hardcore fans should have already been supporting these on Lezhin, 2. broke hardcore fans will be forced to buy it sooner or later but serously, I don't know, it depends on their livelihood. 3. the majority who still have rationality will just turn to other free works.
