The problem is that missing some details and changing the flow and interactions between the protagonists (e. g. when Lyla leaves) change the whole emotional part of the story. The catharsis you feel when Lyla finally leaves (Ch. 32 in the novel) is totally missing here because of these changes. That's why everyone thinks that it's a sole lack of communication problem although it's more like a complete lack of trust - because you can't build your trust on a base that doesn't exist at all. And without that why would Lyla open up to the "kind to everybody but only loves Rosaline" Aslan? And idiot Aslan with his bad memories and experiences about his parents and the previous Lyla why would open up to the current Lyla? Btw, it doesn't help the story that they even changed Aslan motives (and thus his personality) too by missing some details here.
I have no clue how these translators work, how is it possible they don't recognise that within the same conversation they use MC-s family name in three different forms...
Yea I'm kinda confused with some translation
It's called google translate, the only human touch this thing got was clicking translate button, editing out the korean/sfx and replacing it with words from the google translate without proofreading.
