Honestly I ws super confused by that too, but it turns out it was just because I had skipped the beginning explanation of the authors omega verse. And as per the author, they said the female alphas will grow a penis when aroused. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

After reading the raws, i think (not that sure bc I'm not very good at korean yet) what jaekyung says is "if this isn't my fault (as kwon told him)...how can i go on living".
