I think this manhwa has already fooled us quite a bit, here we all might have thought “oh usually if ur love one hurts u n u go back to the past, all that cliché plot, we r quite familiar with". But in the particular story is where she actually might have understood y Ruveliss always gave her that look in the past.
He didn't actually hate her whole heartedly ,he simply just felt like he deserve a fair share of love n support just like her when they were young (I'm sure we all r clear about tht) . Ofc she felt fear n he started to feel annoyed n anger but in that itself he started to slowly fall for her. He become more cautious n mindful. The reason y he was able to change is bz there's 2 reasons for it, it cld be “the more that u r uninterested the more I want u" and he wasn't a bad soul to begin with.
Tia wasn't in the best state of mind n shape in the past either, she always try to help Ruveliss n treat him nicely but what if bz of the oracle that might have lead him to believe she is treating me nice bz she has to. His the Majesty, it's a given that everyone wld treat him nice. He wldn't possibly know what she's thinking wld he?
Ruveliss nvr had someone to guide him in terms of love, he felt all that hatred n even if Tia cld have save him from being so cold to her but she probably did not have enough courage to stand up to him or for him. She didn't had a lot of support herself n trusted no one, was gossiped by n slandered. She herself felt empty. U can't truly say Ruve was at fault can u. Ruve is quite sensitive I wld say so he must have felt like she cldnt be trusted n was probably putting up a front.
All the characters in the story, honestly r great. I think what Tia did was she was taking steps back instead of going in full force. This time she took her time n actually enjoy her years, wldn't that change anyone? Seeing how she took care of herself first ,like they always say right, u must first learn to love yrself in order for others to love u. So it doesn't matter who she ends up with but as long she's happy.

In perspective: this means that everything the Idiot Lead went through was ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY in order for her to go back and put into effect the chain of events that would "redeem" the asshole.
That's not redemption for the Male Lead; it's just damnation of the work itself.

As mush as we want the past ruve to hate jieun fair and square like he was to tia, however he can't. In the past he trusted the wrong person. And that person was the duke. He brainwashed him into believing that tia was winning the favor of the emperor because shes after the throne, and that jieun was the right person for him because jieun understand his situation. In short hes a pushover that he liked jieun (who faked her love to ruve so that she could survive in the world she wasn't born in) than tia (who liked him very much but she doesn't show much because of her cold nature), thats why he fell into the trap of the duke.

I tell you the author is a genius in every way. She makes me realize that every person has their reason in doing such this. Wait lemme scratch thatEVERY KIND OF PERSON (EXCEPT THE LIKES OF DUKE WHO IS GREEDY) has their reason behind their action. Ya know want im sayin?

The heartache is real. I genuinely felt upset when they both kept screaming at each others face, it really broke my heart when he said he wanted to break up. But thank God they got married n we cld see atleast see how their potential kid cld look like.
