Do some of you also get annoyed when the illegitimate MC gets all the rightful heir abilities then the legitimate children are made ugly, evil and villainous? Especially if they're all children too? Its a slice of life kinda mahwa so progress is slow and has a idyllic setting. Cooking and farming genres are usually like this which I really like and if that's not for you that doesn't mean the mahwa is shit it just doesn't fit your taste and there are many works here so find what you like.
