I now get why all those salarymen bl I read most don't get into the details of their work cuz Japan corporate system is set up for generalists, a friend I know studied and got accepted for a position in their marketing and pr dep. but after a year company moved her to hr?? she said it was normal to move workers there even if you have no training for it the new co workers just train you. And you cant even decline it her senior was promoted to logistics manager with 0 knowledge about logistics. Job reassignments happen frequently and there's no movement in the pay grade. (Idk if this even makes sense but it really adds a new context why moved to a different branch / department is a common plot point in mangas)

Do some of you also get annoyed when the illegitimate MC gets all the rightful heir abilities then the legitimate children are made ugly, evil and villainous? Especially if they're all children too? I feel like their jealousy and actions are quite justified plus the resentment further grows if grew up in that environment like they didn't know any better but are not given a chance. I know its just a story but I hate troupes like that.
Its a slice of life kinda mahwa so progress is slow and has a idyllic setting. Cooking and farming genres are usually like this which I really like and if that's not for you that doesn't mean the mahwa is shit it just doesn't fit your taste and there are many works here so find what you like.
